Dave Howard (Poway, CA) has been active in the San Diego music scene since 1990, as a solo singer-songwriter and as front man for The Blackout Blues Band, The Shamey Jays and GGB. A three-time nominee for the San Diego Music Awards, Dave has written and performed with A.J. Croce, Berkley Hart, Lisa Sanders, Folding Mr. Lincoln and Joe Rathburn to name just a few.
